This new breed of fragrance from Japan caught my eye the other day. They look cool and really give a room, car or even a towel rail a burst of freshness. The scent is powerful without being overbearing, so it won’t become redundant in a hurry. Well worth a look.
The Aga Total Control is the absolute ULTIMATE in stoves.
The Aga has been brought firmly into the 21st Century with a smart phone app allowing you to control your Aga from your iPhone.
Whilst looking like a traditional cast-iron range cooker, this Aga has electrical elements in the ceilings, walls and doors which means a baking hot oven in just 22 minutes, slashing electricity bills and making it so much more practical to use on a daily basis.
Marrying state-of-the-art technology with the advantages of cast-iron cooking The Aga Total Control costs £9,595 / $15,500.
In an age where everyone does candles, it's not easy to find something cool and fresh.
Fornasetti Profumi have hit the nail on the head with these limited edition scents which are, ike their others, decorated ceramic.
Both come with lids and make great little pots when the wax burns out.
This is a new book on the amazing English spy James Bond, written not by the deceased Ian Fleming but by Jeffery Deaver. This limited edition book was produced in collaboration with another great English brand, Bentley, by the amazing publishing house, Hodder's.
Entitled 'Carte Blanche', this book is only going to be published in a limited edition run of 1000, so if you want to be a part of Bond history, this is the book that should be on your shelf or in your man cave.
With this stunning Bentley GT ghosting on the case of this book it looks just fabulous. Bond has moved back to Bentley, reminiscent of James Bond in 'Thunderball'.
It's going to be one of the next great books written post Fleming.
This is a note pad with a difference, this is the celebration of 60 years of Peanuts. So, if you don't like Snoopy or the Peanuts characters then stop reading now!
If you're a huge fan like us, you should try and get you hands on the best looking note pad out there. I've been a huge fan of Moleskine for a while, they are just the best companion for any trip, or to invent your next super computer Moleskine have been at every part of my design process.
Now, the book that I plan on taking all over the world is going to have Snoopy on it; do you think that people may take me less seriously? You know what? All I can say is that I do not care. Nope, I just love these Moleskine jotters.
This is my new find of the year and God, this is a great find.
Le Labo is a delicious smelling candle with such cool packaging. The old feeling to the tin harks back to the the 50's and I love that feeling. This candle does not feel like any other candle and it's definitely not one that's been mass produced and poured by a hugh machine. This candle feels like each of them has been made with love. Le Labo is definitely a company that cares about you, the end user.
How cool.
A merchant named Trudon started selling domestic and parish candles in Paris in 1643. The business has been passed down through the generations and in 1719 officially became the royal wax manufacturer. Trudon have made candles for everyone from Napoleon to Hermes and Dior and remains traditional to this day after being rediscovered in 2006 for the film 'Marie-Antoinette'.
The packaging is truly stunning and this sumptuous thick bottle green glass is the ultimate statement. I've only had mine for a couple of months and it really smells like home, exactly what you want from a candle. I love its size, but although you think it should last forever, it doesn't and at $375 it's not exactly cheap but God I do love it and I have just ordered two more.
I also love their 'Fumeurs' which are like altar candles, they're available in five sizes and they have a beautiful seal, and are only slightly scented.
The shop is like a gallery and a must if you're in Paris, situated at 78 Rue de Seine. I found mine at The Shop at The Bluebird but if you look at their website http://www.ciretrudon.com you'll see that they're getting stocked up all around the globe.

We think that this quote best describes what we are doing here at LGB. We are here to not perpetuate the norm on blogs but to be innovative on news. We want to show and to write about travel, cars, movies, architecture and fashion in a different way. This is a place that should be your one-stop for the news on all the luxury items that surround our lives.
We have multiple writers at LGB and they are divided up into three groups:
l@liquidgoldbaby.com This group focuses mainly on travel, cars, movies and architecture. Now, when we say that, we mean that we are looking at new travel destinations or ones that have been forgotten, yet still amazing.
Cars: We are looking at the cutting edge of car technology and also looking at what has shaped them to this point.
Architecture: We are going to be looking at revolutionary design, what has lasted and why it has lasted for so long. We will be looking at designs that take your breath away.
Movies: We are looking at what is coming out, but also jumping back to cult classics. We will show trailers that we like and will write short reviews of the movies that we think you should see.
G@liquidgoldbaby.com This group is all about women and what they really want. It’s going to be your black book, your one and only source; a place you can come to for what’s really moving and shaking in the women’s fashion industry. It will include products that are needed for the busy glamorous life and where to go to get them.
B@liquidgoldbaby.com This group is all about men and the life that surrounds them. We are looking at what is hot, everything from watches to the latest in technology. We will look at what has moved us to where we are today, also looking at trend forecasting to see what and where we think trends will be heading.
We cannot wait to show you our world and would like to leave you on a great quote that we think is our motto here at liquidgoldbaby.com.
