If you're in New York this December, then head on over to the Warby Parker Holiday Spectacle Bazaar between West Broadway and Thompson. There are dozens of events running throughout the month and great performances which, the organisers say, 'bring the spirit back to SoHo.' It has been running since November 25th and will continue into January 2012 so check out their website and see what takes your fancy.

No Man's Land, by French artist Christian Boltanski has opened at the Park Avenue Armory and is similar to the installation he did in January at The Grand Palais in Paris.
The exhibition is centered on a 25 foot mound of salvaged clothes and a 5 story crane in the middle of the gigantic hall. Every minute or so, the giant crane's claw plucks, at random, a few pieces and then releases them and you catch yourself holding your breath to the sound of heartbeats.
He's captivated with the sound of people's heartbeats and there's an area in the hall where you can go and record your own - adding to the 40,000 he already has registered.
This one is not for the faint hearted!
