Ten days to go… and 9 items to go with them. Have a look at these great finds…

1.We kick off today with these great clothing items for children. These days children's clothes are becoming increasingly fashionable and these items are up there with the best high street trends. They're ideal for youngsters and will be perfect for under the tree.

2.Kyocera knives are fantastic for the chefs amongst you and the knife sets on display here would be ideal to present on the 25th.

3.Singer Vehicle Design are one of the growing number of customisers of top end goods. In this case, cars can have a complete makeover from the Singer team, including restorative work as well as custom modifications to improve aesthetics and performance. If you have a car that's looking sorry for itself and could do with a new lease of life, Singer might just be able to help out. Perhaps a consultation would be a great gift for the car lover this year.

4.Hermes have designed these beautiful necklaces which are really distinctive and elegant. Well worth a look and our number 4 for today.

5.Confederate Motorcycles have created the Hellcat, an amazing-looking new model that will be a huge treat for bike fans. This could be the ultimate gift for those looking for something a little bolder this Christmas. It's a classic timeless look with top quality modern components and build. Another one for petrol heads.

6.The Volkswagen Cross Coupe Concept is a fantastic new look at a great model and is smaller than the current Tiguan. It offers all-wheel-drive, a hybrid power system consisting of two electric motors and a turbocharged gas engine, 20-inch wheels, and a touchscreen to monitor and control most vehicle functions. For those looking to impress, this would make a superb gift.

7.Presso have created this great Espresso machine which is available in time for Christmas. Resembling a giant corkscrew, this is a 'coffee press' and allows you to make top quality espresso wherever you are, providing you have access to hot water. It's a great looking device and useful- a welcome addition to any smart kitchen.

8.If you have ever fancied a chair made from recycled refrigerators then look no further. The Dirk Vander Kooij endless saloon table and rocking chair are a creative new design updating the old-time favourite and stretching it into the 21st century. These items are made from a continuous line of recycled plastic making them unique to behold, and surprisingly comfortable. Great for the modern furniture lover or homeowner this Christmas.

9.Finally for today, we'd love to draw your attention to Sound Pellegrino and their range of apparel. The bow ties in the picture are the highlight here, the striking yellow somehow avoids being OTT and gives a stylish edge to the smart casual outfit. Perfect for Christmas parties.

They're also made with great attention to detail making for extremely high quality vehicles. This is yet another amazing example of classic designs being reinvigorated by technical wizards with a massive love for a product. Fantastic.

The HBH Bulldog

Wow. This car looks stunning. Sleek design and a body that looks as though it's going 150mph even at a standstill, this beauty looks built for speed. Far too pretty to be a bulldog looks-wise, I should imagine the name reflects on it's performance. This is what Aston Martin should be doing, I am certainly going to have to road test this one.

The Mercedes-Benz SF1

I'm a big fan of this new concept for Mercedes. It's a highly evolved design and looks stunningly futuristic, with tapered doors that look as though they're folded away or even concealing wings. Whether this car is likely to take to the skies is unlikely, but in terms of aesthetics, it certainly pleases the eye. The vehicle is powered from the rear like many top end sports cars, so I would expect impressive performance from this. Well worth checking out.

This is amazing footage of the new 991 911 Porsche.

This visual master piece makes you fall in love with the newly designed 911. Details of the new 911 are now out and there's so many great things to say about this car that all I can say is don't waste time in booking in at your local dealer to check this motor out.

There is something so great about 911, I love that you can trace its history back to the original 356A, which is a classic and a beautiful car. So check it out the clip.

BMW ART CARS

With the Auto Show on the door step we thought we'd show you a true collectable car that we have found for sale in the UK.

This is one of the mighty BMW Art Cars, a 1975 BMW 3.3 Li, the car with the extended wheel base, by the famous artist, Dexter Brown. With books and exhibitions on these famous art cars, this car is both an art collectors dream, as well as a boffin's.

Dexter Brown is a fabulous artist that started out in 1963, with his first exhibition in London, England. Since then, Brown has gone on to developing a outstanding unique style of art.

Head over to the Greame Hunt website and check out some more images. The amazing Art Car is something you definitely won't see on every street corner!

Jag is the word

In the wake of Tata Motors taking over Jaguar and Range Rover, they've not hesitated in developing some amazing concept cars that are gradually making their way into production.

To be specific, we're referring to the sexy Range Rover Evoque, and the Jaguar C-X75. The Jaguar C-X75 is the electric turbine car finally making it into production with an eye-watering million dollar price tag. With a car that looks this good, however, you'd be happy with your purchase.

The new car on the block I'm most interested in, is the C-X16. This car is Jaguar's replacement of the truly iconic E-Type. At present, the C-X16 is merely a concept car, but Jaguar have confirmed that it will be on sale by late 2012.

The C-X16 comes with a new all-alloy 3.0 Litre V6 Supercharged engine, producing 380hp, complete with boost button giving you another 95hp from an electric motor that sits alongside a petrol one. The C-X16 has an 8 speed gear shift that will shoot this new E-Type from 0-60 in an impressive 4.4 seconds. This car is fast, the eco credentials are amazing with a healthy return of 41 MPG. Simply astonishing. This is most certainly a glimpse of what will be one of the automotive industry's greatest cars of our era.

Jaguar, you are the world of true British engineering. I cannot wait to see this concept at the Frankfurt Auto Show next week.

Ferrai 458 Spider

With the Frankfurt Motor Show only a few weeks away car makers are now dropping big hints as to what they will be showing.

This one is predictable, as they've produced a convertible in the previous incarnation of the 458. The new Ferrari is much more of a shock, it now has a hard top similar to the 575 Super America. The car has a slick roof system to match the slick looking car.

The Ferrari 458 Spider is a beautiful car that fully encompasses Ferrari's ethos regarding a new arrival. The 458 Italia was a stunning leap forward in the world of Ferrari from tech to performance A super car in a very crowded market place, but this 458 Spider is exactly how Ferrari will pop its head above the competition.

458 Spider is a true Ferrari in every way, the notes of the engine are going to be true music when the roof is down while cruising along.

Ultimate car book

The people at Assouline, one of the truly amazing book makers have produced a book that every man will be literally salivating to get hold of.... Introducing their new book on cars, entitled 'The Impossible Collection of Cars: The 100 most exceptional cars of the twentieth century'.

LGB managed to have a sneaky look at this book a little while ago when it was a mere concept and we couldn't wait for it come to life, and now we can finally announce that it has!

This book includes images that without a shadow of a doubt, represent every man's ultimate car collection. The images are simply outstanding and the packaging is top-notch. This Assouline book is truly awe-inspiringly amazing.

Ladies, this will be the must-have book for your man this Christmas.

4C

The new Alfa Romeo 4C is out in 2012 and it's already making waves.

We predict this car will be the ultimate in 2012, it's dead-set to be a popular feature in the drive way. Amazingly, this sexy beast comes with a small price tag of around $60,000, and when I saw it at the Geneva Auto Show I was convinced that it would be the car everybody would agree is as sexy as hell. In our opinion, the 4C is going to be the new E-type Jaguar of our time.

With its unique design and stunning satin red paint finish, this baby really does stand head and shoulders above all other competitors. This utterly fabulous looking car is causing the industry to quake in its boots!

Sitting inside the 4C I could barely get over the size. For a mini car, this vehicle packs a huge punch on every level, inside and out - from the styling of the interior to the exterior.

I've been told this concept car is making it to production in 2012. The only downside is that the 4C won't be making it State-side any time soon so you'll have to import it. Even cooler.

SLS AMG

Here is the new Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster

This is Mercedes' new flagship convertible sports car with 0-62 MPH in just 3.8 seconds. It really is THE true convertible cruiser.

When AMG is involved in the making of a car, you know they'll have breathed fire into it, but when developing the car in-house, solely under their own remit, a truly stunning convertible is born.

We were delighted to be able to test-drive the hard-top version of this iconic Gullwing Merc, and I can assure you, it was an absolute joy to drive a beautiful beast such as this. I'm led to believe The Roadster is going to be even more driver-focussed, by taking off the roof you'll be able to hear the roar from the 6.3 litre V8 engine, the very heart of the car.

This super car is going to be the ULTIMATE car for the summer, from the sound, to the pace, and the iconic heritage design, this car will turn heads.

J'adore Paris Part Trois

I've been in Paris a few days now and admittedly, my love for this beautiful city had changed a little bit, but last night I went to La Societe, an amazing restaurant ran by the guys behind Hotel Costes making me fall in love with Paris all over again.

This is a chic restaurant in every sense. The food is amazing and the style of the place is just plain sexy. La Societe is the latest hang out of the uber chic and to be honest, I can't blame them. The staff compare with those that work in some of the best restaurants back home in NYC. La Societe has put a new stride in my step when it comes to my love of the most sexiest city in the world.

Today I awoke in Coste and went for a walk down towards Colette and into Goyard. I've totally fallen for their pink print, so terribly glamourous in every style they do. Stealing myself away, I walked on to my meeting with the amazing handbag design house Corto Moltedo and en route, discovered a fabulous beauty spot, Jardin du Palais Royal. Located in a beautiful part of Paris, Jardin du Palais Royal is just so French and completely stunning. On the square is also Corto's shop when you can happily fulfil your shopping addition.

My day trip wouldn't have been complete without a look at the Ralph Lauren car collection. He has some of the best cars in the world here in what I think is the most perfect location. I have to say, I do love it when a huge power-house brand like RL use something like a personal car collection to market a brand. Just too cool.

So, with only one day left in this city, I'm already sad at the thought of leaving, but happy to be here in my hotel room typing this to you while looking out at the sun setting in the most chicest city in the world.

J'adore Paris Part Une

I've been in Paris for the last few days and I've got loads to report. I'm totally in love with this city, there's just something so chic about Paris.

First Class on Air France was a wonderful experience. Their seats are the best I've known for the price in this class. There's definitely something a little amazing about jumping on a French plane from JFK. The air hosts are incredibly chic and stylish, inspiring the utmost confidence in the flight you're about to embark upon. Air France should be your only choice when flying into Paris.

I was invited to Paris to see a few things. First up was the new Aston Martin Colette edition. I was asked along as the last review I did for Liquid Gold Baby was not the most favourable, but ultimately, I feel the same as I did before. Why has Aston Martin re-styled a Toyota IQ into what they think is a sexy car? I'm surprised at the link-up with Colette, why one of the best trend setting shops in Paris would want to be involved in a project like this is a little beyond me.

I saw the Aston Colette edition on the street just opposite the Colette store itself, with a very elegant gentleman standing to the side of the car with the keys. I decided to put my first instincts aside, be open minded and take a closer look. After all, I'm in Paris, the guy with the keys looked fairly dapper - what have I got to lose? I sat in the car and the first thing that instantly annoyed me about this $70,000 car is that there's no inbuilt sat-nav. Just a portable device. I did think the colour combination was very cool, the silver and blue interior felt like a little bit of luxury, but it still smacked of 'pimp my ride', and do your worst on a small city car. There were a few things I loved about the car; the honey comb design sun-visor and the key chain with the Colette logo were both pretty cool, and also the two blue circles on the back of the car announcing 'Colette Limited Edition'.

Still, I'm sad to say that my first findings of Paris were a little sad, but fear not - there's more to come in my next Paris post.

An Interview with DRx

1) If you had to drive only one car for the rest of your life, what would it be?

A 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera RS

Upcoming DRx watch project with George Bamford.

Khaki Anachronorm corduroys, Visvim FBT’s, RRL button up, my 1960’s G1 Flight jacket, Elder Statesman beanie, Parrabellum belt.

4) Tell us about your upcoming projects / collaborations - what's next for you this year?

DC Comics project titled DRx VELOCITY where the governments have lost the war against crime and DRx responds to the threat by designing a line of supercars, rigged with state-of-the-art weaponry and technology. The first issue is starring NASCARS Kasey Kahne and showcases the artwork of legendary Phil Frost. Dropping this summer.

5) What's your favourite iPhone app?

The Hipstamatic camera app.

6) You're renowned for mixing the best things from the past with the present - what first propelled you to do this?

Vintage. I’ve always been intrigued/inspired with vintage. Vintage being everything from childhood memories to classic gear. As much a I love and respect these throwback chapters in time, it sometimes can be a bit challenging to revisit them (rock them). The jeans don't fit right, the jackets have too much damage, the memories although intact seem a bit cloudy. I wanted to preserve these slices of history but flip them so they made sense for today's consumer, and myself of course.

7) What makes an amazing weekend? Where would you go, what would you do, and with whom?

I live in Los Angeles so getting outta here every so often helps to keep me grounded. My favorite weekends are spent in the mountains disconnecting from reality. Would probably say snowboarding at Mammoth Lakes CA and or Jackson Hole WY with a couple of buddies.

8) As a kid, what first did you want to be when you grew up?

A Director.

9) If you were stuck on a remote desert island with five celebrities from both the past and the present, who would they be?

Brigitte Bardot, Jim Morrison, James Dean, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Marilyn Monroe.

10) What's the worst popular fashion trend there's ever been?

Socks with sandals is a definite no.

007

This is a new book on the amazing English spy James Bond, written not by the deceased Ian Fleming but by Jeffery Deaver. This limited edition book was produced in collaboration with another great English brand, Bentley, by the amazing publishing house, Hodder's.

Entitled 'Carte Blanche', this book is only going to be published in a limited edition run of 1000, so if you want to be a part of Bond history, this is the book that should be on your shelf or in your man cave.

With this stunning Bentley GT ghosting on the case of this book it looks just fabulous. Bond has moved back to Bentley, reminiscent of James Bond in 'Thunderball'.

It's going to be one of the next great books written post Fleming.

An Interview with Josh Spear

I know you're an intrepid traveller, where is your most favourite place and why?

It's hard to choose favorites when there is so much left in the world to see. I absolutely love the countryside of Japan, specifically an area called Hakone. And Tokyo is an unbeatable city.

What item can't you travel without?

Curiosity.  Travel doesn't work without it. But I guess you're looking for a more concrete answer. I don't leave home without Melatonin so I can fight jet lag. Or my Blackberry– that thing has more miles on it than anything.

Where in the world do you call home?

I call NYC home, even if I haven't actually had a home there for nearly a year. I've been fairly nomadic, so I have a good selection of hotels that I call home (and they call my home) when I'm in NYC. Home is where the heart is, and luckily I've figured out how to carry that feeling with me wherever I go.

What's your most cherished item?

I have some pretty incredible pieces of art I've collected over the years– some early Takashi Murakami. I also love my watches. But my most cherished items probably are my health and freedom– so I can keep this crazy schedule up.

What would you consider to be your greatest achievement and why?

Figuring out early there was something I am good at, that makes money, and makes me happy– all at once.

If you had to choose a favourite modern day car, which car would it be?

Fisker Karma. Henrik Fisker designed the DB9, and now he's making a DB9 to save the world.

In your opinion which fashion line do you consider to be unrivalled and are there any particular individuals shaping the future of fashion?

I'm at odds with most of my favorite fashion lines right now. I used to be a die hard Yohji fan, and a big buyer of his Y-3 line– but they seem to be having quality issues and just not quite getting it. Dior Homme is a favorite, but they sometimes seem to push into the obscure rather than continue with the modern classics.

I like what Thom Browne is doing and how his pieces are mixing the future with the past– and what he did for Moncler was fantastic.

What's the best shop in the world?

Colette in Paris probably. Although Japan has a couple rivals– one of my favorite for clothing is Edifice and of course United Arrows is a mecca. Dover Street Market in London is classic.

You're famous for spotting the next big thing - what's exciting you most this year so far?

Technologies impact on how we alter behaviors and empower communities of people to share, change, and create a better future. I travelled to Sub-Saharan africa last year with a friend working on a project there and I couldn't believe I had 3G cell service in the middle of nowhere, a thousand miles to the nearest city. That's going to change everything. Everything.

Has there ever been a trend or a craze that has made you cringe?

I wasn't ever so fond of people wearing Crocs in public, despite their comfort and functionality they really should be left in the garden.

RR

Move over Rolls Royce, there is a new name in ultimate luxury vehicles! Well, that's not strictly true, this company have been around sometime... The name is Range Rover.

Introducing the new Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition. When they say 'ultimate' they really do mean it. With a flip-up iPad in the back, this vehicle is going to be your office away from the office.

This Range Rover comes in two engine sizes: a 4.4 TDV8 and a 5.0 petrol supercharged V8. They'll both have the amazing ZF eight-speed shifter which is a unique rotator shifter, a nifty replacement for the usual stick. How cool.

I now want to tell you all about the interior, quite simply, it is just stunning. They've got rid of the centre seat in the back and made it in to the ultimate office or drinks cabinet, the most impressive you've ever seen.

The trunk of this supper luxury Range Rover will still fit all your luggage, but now in style. This vehicle is reminiscent of a Riva boat with the most beautiful Kalahari wood inlay, oh and there's also a table in the back made out of aluminium - perfect for your laptop.

The Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition is going to be revealed at the Geneva Motor Show later on this year. There's only going to be 500 of these and an inside source has already told us that dealers are already taking orders. They've not been given their allocations yet, but my suggestion is that if you want this Range Rover talk to your local RR dealer pronto and get in line for the daddy of all RR.

FF = Ferrari

This is the new Ferrari FF, the replacement of the 612 Ferrari.

This gorgeous car fits four people just perfectly; this is a true 4+4 Ferrari with a sexy rear, making this car a Shooting Break - going back to the likes of the Ferrari GTO Breadvan and the Sultan of Brunei 456 Shooting Break.

This Ferrari is not like the Breadvan, its sexy appearance is a credit to the amazing design house Pininfarina, and my god, they've done a fabulous design on this one. I think the FF is a car for a more practical Ferrari lover, or indeed someone wanting to show off its raw power to more than one friend at a time!

Let's get technical. This new Ferrari has a 6.3 litre V12 engine under the hood promising 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. The top speed for this beast is 208mph, and you'll never have any problems fitting your luggage in the trunk. With 450 litres of cargo space you'll happily avoid the usual problems most regular Ferrari's have. This FF is a four wheel drive, or as they call it '4RM', which stands for 'Ruote Motrici'.

To conclude, this car will be the only Ferrari you'll ever need; with amazing top speeds, slick and fabulous handling and the added bonus of room in the back for your wife's / mistresses' bags, what could your heart desire?

458 Italia Personalisation Programme

This is the new 458 Italia Ferrari and they have just done the personalisation program.

This sexy car is now customisable. What would be your colour combination and how are you going to make the best out of one of the ultimate dream cars?

They now offer the two tone just like the 458's big brother, the 599 GTO. You can get the body of the car in a different colour to the roof line. This is sexy!

The Ferrari 458 is the nearest you are ever going to get to being a F1 driver. It is so fast. The 0-60 is 3.4, getting into the motorbike world and topping out at 200mph. This car can seriously move!

If you like your prancing horse on the front of your car then this is the one for you to do what you want with.

If you haven't seen this, then check it out, it is amazing, Ken Block at his best.

This was shot in the new Ford Fiesta in the South of France on the L'autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry. This track was built in 1924 with a NASCAR banking style to it.

This is a unique oval that I think sets major challengers to Ken Block. Those challengers are so cool to bring you what Ken does best as he dances through the turns, making your eyes pop out at every turn.

Sexy Jaguars

I reported a while ago on Jaguar and how this is a brand to watch, but what I didn't realise is just how much so.

This is a sexy company making waves everywhere you look, all the cool guys are queuing up to get behind the wheel of one of their cars. They have put together some great PR, and together with their amazing product, the Jaguar C-X75 they were the talk of the Paris Auto Show. Not even the limited edition Ferrari SA Aperta 599 Roadster got that much airtime in comparison.

Only a few years ago the Jaguar brand seemed dead in the water, now they are showing the big boys what's what. Some might wonder what I'm talking about, you could say they have some old looking cars that aren't that cool, but if you have a look under the drapes of Jaguar's R&D department you would see a very exciting product range that is going to rock your world.

I am going to put this out there, Jaguar is simply one of those major brands that has totally reinvented itself by being taken over, unlike Jaguar's cousin, the sports car company Aston Martin. At the moment Aston Martin just do not seem to be moving forward, or going anywhere, which is sad.

Jaguar are forging their own amazing line, putting Great Britain on the map once again for engineering excellence. I forgot to say the Jaguar C-X75 has an engine forged between heaven and hell, it's a jet engine, a gas electric hybrid that can shoot this beast to 205mph, and does 0-62 in 3.4 seconds. Not for sale, damn.

Jaguar, I can not wait to see what's next, the E-type is having its birthday next year, hint hint!

911 Speedster

There is going to be a new Speedster in town and that town is Paris, for the auto show.

The Porsche 911 Speedster harks back to the time of James Dean and Steve McQueen, when they had the 1950's version, the 365 Speedster.

This is Porsche's nod to their history, the car is in a production run of only 365, and with a price tag of $263,938, when and if these amazing cars arrive in the USA I don't think we are going to see many parked on the street.

The new Speedster will come in only two colours, the choice is between pure blue and Carrara white. There is a hood for this car but you will have to work it manually just like the 356 back in the day.

If you are collector of cars and you want one that is going to be a instant classic then in my mind this is going to be it, providing you can get your name on the list not to mention if you can afford one. So, if you think about it, with only 365 cars in circulation in the entire world, you're not going to be driving in your newly purchased Speedster and run the risk of seeing others out and about on the road, as many will be tucked up in car garages.

It isn't easy being green

It isn't easy being green but here's something to make you look super cool to be green.

This is the new Mercedes SLS E-Cell, although it's a horrid colour it is still a cool looking car ensuring you keep your eco creditability.

It has a 563bhp engine that can throw you to 60mph in 3.9 seconds, taking only two tenths longer than the non-eco version. This is achieved through a liquid cool lithium-ion battery that the SLS has designed to fit in the car so that you do not even have to be bothered by it. Mercedes claim that on one single charge of the battery it will go 100 miles. Sounds good, but if you actually read into it, if you've been pushing the car hard, round a race track for instance, this goes down a lot, to a range of 30 miles so actually not that impressive.

This is a car nodding to the very future of exactly where cars are headed, but why do all eco cars fall at so many hurdles, making this sexy car a little bit of a let down. The SLS is a very attractive car guaranteed to keep your eco status intact, but do you really want to be in a lay-by waiting to be picked up when you have run out of energy?

Mercedes have also incorporated a special screen inside the vehicle to tell you how good the cars is to the planet, and to tell you that this is the future, and all other cars should quake in their boots. This is a 4 wheel drive car, that unlike its sister the gas guzzler seems to make sense. It is $150,000 more, but perhaps worth it to help the earth.

To conclude, this is a sexy car that will make you feel good about the planet whilst zooming past other cars... until you need another charge. If you need eco creditability then this is the car for you, but if you just want a great car to make you go 'wow' then definitely go for the regular SLS and have loads fun.

Range Rover Evoque

This is the new Range Rover baby called the Evoque. That got launched last night oh and we went this is sexy.

This Evoque is going to be the mini of the Range Rover world but it is not going to be like the BMW X1, it's going to be a luxurious new take on mini SUV.

This is going to come in a 5 door and a funky 3 door and I think that it's going to be a good change on the Range Rover line up. It's going to have its official launch at the Paris motor show in October. I am so happy that despite being taken over by TATA, Range Rover have not rested on their laurels.

Range Rover has pushed the luxury market forward for so long, their new 2011 Range Rover really made the luxury market sit up and take note. Evoque is going to step into the mini SUV market and in my opinion it will shake up the market and turn it on its head.

Range Rover, thank you for creating a rocking mini SUV!

Italia Independent

Italia Independent is the brain child of the great Lapo Elkann, the grandson of Fiat chairman Gianni Agnelli, the style king.

Italia Independent has turned its eyes to produce ultra-light sunglasses made from celluloid acetate that makes them strong and easier to wear. Lapo Elkann has done great things with this brand, turning the name Italia independent into a brand synonymous for style and design, just as Porsche's designs did when they started.

Italia Independent sunglasses are the best and they look good on so many people I have never seen anyone look bad in these uber designer glasses.

Italia Independent has also manufactured a car in collaboration with Alfa. They have taken the standard Alfa Romeo Brera and made it so cool that words just cannot describe. This car is a stunning looking head-turner, and an excellent alternative to the norm.

Italia Independent is a brand we've been keeping tabs on for ages, they've been around for a while and their design and style taste is just fabulous. They stand out from the crowd in every way, this is the brand to see what is next in both fashion and the car world.

BMW X6 Interceptor

This is from a tuning company in Moscow that has made an ugly car look a little bit more sexier.

The tuning company is Met-R and the car is the BMW X6, not quite a jeep and not quite a car, making it a fairly odd automobile, but if you like it, this is the tuning package you need.

The New Enzo

Ferrari have just confirmed plans to do a new Ferrari Enzo, code name F70.

This is going to be Ferrari's answer to the other hyper cars out there. The F70 is going to be made of ultra light carbon fibre with a 562 hp engine, mid mounted V8 that will come from the new 458 Italia.

They estimate that the F70 will weigh about a tonne, with a top speed in excess of 200mph, doing 0-60 in 3 seconds. This is going to be a smaller car than the Enzo and the F70 is going to be more economical - they are trying to achieve 25mpg, so very impressive.

There is a new styling cue to come out of the 458 project, leaking over to other cars, as you will see from these images of how the F70 might look. It is going to cost in the region of $425,000, a lot of cash, but considering the Enzo has gone down in history as a hyper car to beat, this F70 may just be the next big stallion out of the barn doors.

911 GT2 RS

This is the new Porsche 911 GT2 RS, the fastest ever street legal car to come out of the factory.

The 911 GT2 RS has a 620 BPH that makes it faster than the GT2 regular, however, Porsche have not stopped there - they've made it lighter by 150 lb meaning the car comes in at only 3,000 lb. So, that means the 911 GT2 RS per horse power only has to carry 4.8 lb. Now that is cool, they've certainly done their maths on this car.

The numbers for this hyper car are 0-62 mph in 3.5 seconds, and (this is getting wild) 0-124 mph is 9.8 seconds, and 0-186 mph in a staggering 28.9 seconds. This is a pocket rocket.

There is only going to be 500 of these cars ever built at a price tag of $245,000 and with that you get the bragging right that you have the fastest Porsche out there.

The 911 GT2 RS has carbon fiber everywhere, from the air intakes on the side that have been kissed by this amazing material to the bonnet that is there just to bring down the weight. Inside this hyper car are carbon fiber seats and lighter door panels. There are no door handles, as you can imagine they take up too much weight, so there's a seat belt martial pull to open the door.

This is one of those cars that you just have to drool over, and this could possibly be the last of the hyper cars, as we are all going eco now!

The Germans have developed the devil in a car... So tempting but also so dangerous!

Bowler Nemesis EXR

This is the new Nemesis EXR from the rally experts Bowler.

Bowler is a English based company that take the skin of a Range Rover sport and then make it the ultimate in off roader rally Range Rover, making it the Range Rover's evil twin. Absolutely great.

The Bowler Nemesis original has done the Dakar rally and so much more. It has been to the most extreme places in the world, but still seems to say 'is that all you've got?!'

This new Nemesis is not an out and out rally car, this is the rally Bowler's brother, but that said, it needs to go to town and to then rock the country.

The Nemesis EXR has the most beautiful interior from the Rang Rover sport, enabling you to get great luxury with great ability - the best of both worlds. It comes with a choice of either a 5 litre super charged V8, that will be 503 hp or a 3 litre TDV6 that will be 271 hp. It is only going to be produced in a 2 seat configuration, it has a 100 ltr capacity fuel tank and all the other things you'd want from your hyper SUV, such as a great sound system, AC, electric windows and loads of carbon fibre.

This is a company dedicated to making the ultimate off roader and now it has made the ultimate on roader/off roader.

Audi A1

This is great marketing, you should see this - makes me want to be Justin Timberlake! It has that 007 feel to it , I also want to be driving that amazing car. This is the first of many from Audi, on the A1 launch.

The Audi new baby A1 is the best new-comer to the mini marketplace. The slick lines and great design of the A1 accompanied with a great advert will put this car a nose ahead of competitors. Audi is going to be doing an S-line version and it is going to be a naughty car.

I know it seems like we love Audi a little too much at the moment, but they are producing such sexy cars, we, at LGB HQ cannot help but sit up and go WOW.

Jaguar the new XJ

The new Jaguar XJ is the ultimate head turner for the executive parking lot.

This car has been all over the blog for a while but I had to bring it to you on LGB as this is such great a car. It makes the likes of the Bentley Flying Spur and the Mercedes S Class AMG look old, the interior of these cars clearly have to raise their game to step up to Jaguar XJ standard.

The design of the new Jaguar doesn't just look streamlined it also has a drag coefficient of 0.29, better for the environment and better on your pocket. Jaguar has four engines on this line up.

There is a basic model, a 3.0 diesel that comes in at about $79,000, basic, but still a great luxury car. With this basic model there is a long wheel base model to fit every one in with great leg room.

Now, to talk about the top of the range super salon - this is a long wheel base model that has a 5.0 V8 super charged petrol engine, coming in at a hefty $136,000 but wow, for your money you get amazing performance with a great feeling that you have the best interior on the market and the best looking super saloon on the market too.

Jaguar always holds a sweet spot in all of us over in the USA, so I already know this car is going to be a winner here. The XJ jaguar is a super saloon that is going to do what the Lexus did in the early 90's - shake things up in the luxury car department.

New Audi R8 GT

This is the new Audi R8 GT.

The R8 is a hot car, and the GT is even hotter. It's going to have a power hike of 42bhp, it might not sound a lot but bearing in mind this is a car that already boasts 560 bhp, then actually, yes, it is a lot. So, as claimed by Audi this will enable the R8 to go from 0 - 62 in 3.6sec, 0.3sec faster than the R8 V10 and 0.4 sec faster than the Porsche  911 GT3 RS.

This R8 has gone on a diet and lost an amazing 95kg - the guys over at Audi have made this possible by making the windscreen out of lighter weight material, by modifying the break callipers and by reducing the sound deadening in the engine bay to save weight. I think this is to make the R8 sound even more sexier.

The standard R8 chrome features for this extreme R8 GT going to be in MATT grey. There is a change to the interior, there are going to be unique instrument graphics, with a new gear shift that look like Tony Stark designed it himself.

There seems little information on the price at moment but expect this R8 GT to have an increase in price on a regular R8, so you're probably looking at around  $215,000. The list is starting now but there is going to be a limited number released, so these super fly cars are going to be rare and special.

Delahaye USA

This is from a great company in the USA called Delahaye and is inspired from the Bugatti type 57s from 1937.

As you would agree, this is a stunning car, and in my opinion this is a motor that would not break down on the high way. This classic design is timeless and in demand. Anyone can buy a Aston Martin but not many people can buy a classic - especially one this great.

So what about the date and stuff? Well, this car is going to be shown at the Pebble Beach Concours meeting in Monterey on the 13-15 August and will hopefully be in production mid 2011. As for the price - this monster is $450,000 for the fully set up machine, but you could buy the kit car version and then spend the next 2 years building it in your garage - doing it this way would cost you around $50,000.

This is not a new designed car, this is not a major manufactures car, this is the ultimate in style and personalised car expression.

It's as if the Range Rover and the Corvette had a baby, and the Rally Fighter came out to prove a point. The demand for this car is going through the roof and I feel that this has got to be the car that you'd want in your drive way.

Ex Steve Mcqueen

Ex Steve McQueen car is for sale.

This is a stunning 1953 Siata 208S Spyder, finished in a beautiful Ferrari red.

The 208S came from the enthusiastic and capable SIATA (Società Italiana Applicazioni Trasformazioni Automobilistiche) company, which began in 1926 producing speed equipment for Fiat automobiles. After the war, the company was producing its own cars, and in 1953, they introduced the 208S, which was available in both open and closed versions. This is one of the first cars featured in the book "McQueen's Machine" by Matt Stone and was also featured in Octane magazine in May 2009.

Oh the price for this wonderful machine is $1,295,000  from Fantasy Junction but this is owned by the car nut Steve McQueen!!!!

Matt blue is the new matt black and as you can see it is amazing.

The color of a car always has seasons... There was white, then black and then matt black, but matt blue is now the color that is in. Keep up!

This is going to be the new color that we can expect to see so many more cars in.

The New Willy's Jeep

Icon have created the new Willy's Jeep.

This is the newest Icon CJ3B. It is a striped out master piece of 4X4 engineering. Icon as a business started in 1996 in California, as they started by re-building old Toyota Land Cruisers and service centres for them.

Then they started building the FJ series but this new CJ3B is $79,000, and with that you get a retro looking jeep that stands you out from the crowd. This CJ3B is a jeep that comes in only 6 different colours  but I think that army green is always the best.

If the original Willy's Jeep was anything to go by, I think you will be having fun in this new discovery on a classic.

Going Ape

I am going ape for rickshaws.

The company Ape Calessino has shown me what the ultimate rickshaw would be. Taking a leaf out of the brochure, this sixities-style design brings back the unforgettable charm of Dolce Vitta. Well, if that's how the brochure describes this charming 3 wheeled tropical paradise transportation, then I am in!

There are two types of Ape. The first, is the electric. The electric rickshaw sounds great, and can get up speeds of 50km/hr. Sound fast enough? I thought so, but the second ape is the diesel 4 stroke engine, capable of 56km/h. The down side of the electric rickshaw is that it only travels 75km in one single charge, but this is fairly average in comparison with other electric cars.

This is the coolest cruiser that I have ever seen, and I expect to see it out and about in San Tropez some time this summer. www.apecalessino.com

Aston Martin

Introducing the new Aston Martin city car.

My first thoughts are hmmm, Aston Martin and city car? Odd - what are those guy thinking over there? Kind of like buying a Toyota for Aston Martin to then pimp it up for you.

I hope this is going to be a good step for Aston Martin, as my feeling is that this is a lot of money for something you can get for half the price direct from Toyota. I predict that the main problem with this pimped up "Toyota", is that, personally, I'd prefer to go direct to Toyota and cut out the middle man. I expect I will see a few of these on the roads of London and I'm betting the drivers are going to be brand snobs trying to prove they are cool... Sad to say but to be in this car, is one sorry place to be.

The Cygnet does have a beautiful interior, but that is to be expected. I hope Aston Martin start making new cars that do not look like they have re-hashed parts from previous models. I feel sad when it come to Aston Martin, I thought that new ownership would make this brand rock but, all it has shown is that it is Prodrive merely pimping up cars.

Porsche 918 Hyper Car

This is without doubt, the sexiest Porsche they've made since the 550 Spyder in 1955.

This is the prototype 918 Spyder, Porsche's eco car. This is the best looking eco car I have ever seen, WOW. If this is eco, then I want to be an eco warrior, if it means I get to drive this Porsche.

What is this car about? It's a plug-in hybrid Porsche capable of lapping the Nurburgring in less that 7:30 mins. The 918 Spyder is faster than the ex Porsche hyper car the Carrera Gt, and unlike the GT, Porsche claim it is capable of doing 78 miles to the gallon. The car is 718 BPH, coming from a 500 horsepower gasoline v8. The 218 horsepower comes from two electric motors housed on the front and rear axles.

This new Porsche hyper car is guaranteed to make every other super car look out of date and behind the times. Porsche as a business has done this time and time again. From the 1950's when the 356 and 550 were launched, to the 959 in 1986, they have always shown the way in the future of driving.  ETA 2012, the price has not been confirmed, but British magazine Autocar speculates a price tag of £400,000... Let's hope they are right.

Ferrari World

Ferrari World is an amazing grown up six flags for car nuts.

This is one of the first ever theme parks in the world to be based around the iconic brand Ferrari. The themed park is being built in Abu Dhabi and is underway already.

The amazing structure is going to house a theatre complex for you to watch the latest F1 results and for those of you that do not want anyone else to have the spot light, there is a race track that you can try out and become a F1 driver.... Well let's hope! There are also a few roller coasters as well if you prefer to take a back seat. The F1 coaster is going to be one of the fastest roller coasters in the world by the time of completion, giving you the feeling you are looking for on the open road, but cannot ever get, for fear of the police!

Now, I know I sound excited about Ferrari World because, I will admit, it brings out the kid in me, but it's miles away from America and Europe - the largest market places for Ferrari. Still, have fun if you get to go!

We think that this quote best describes what we are doing here at LGB. We are here to not perpetuate the norm on blogs but to be innovative on news. We want to show and to write about travel, cars, movies, architecture and fashion in a different way. This is a place that should be your one-stop for the news on all the luxury items that surround our lives.

We have multiple writers at LGB and they are divided up into three groups:

l@liquidgoldbaby.com This group focuses mainly on travel, cars, movies and architecture. Now, when we say that, we mean that we are looking at new travel destinations or ones that have been forgotten, yet still amazing.

Cars: We are looking at the cutting edge of car technology and also looking at what has shaped them to this point.

Architecture: We are going to be looking at revolutionary design, what has lasted and why it has lasted for so long. We will be looking at designs that take your breath away.

Movies: We are looking at what is coming out, but also jumping back to cult classics. We will show trailers that we like and will write short reviews of the movies that we think you should see.

G@liquidgoldbaby.com This group is all about women and what they really want. It’s going to be your black book, your one and only source; a place you can come to for what’s really moving and shaking in the women’s fashion industry. It will include products that are needed for the busy glamorous life and where to go to get them.

B@liquidgoldbaby.com This group is all about men and the life that surrounds them. We are looking at what is hot, everything from watches to the latest in technology. We will look at what has moved us to where we are today, also looking at trend forecasting to see what and where we think trends will be heading.

We cannot wait to show you our world and would like to leave you on a great quote that we think is our motto here at liquidgoldbaby.com.
